My Windows didn't have the proper codec's installed to view the avi video files in windows media player. If you are having a similar problem you can get this file off the internet to update your operating system.

PS. The manufacturer said that they are no longer shipping the cd with the pen camera. They said that Windows Media Player is a better viewing platform.
